LEGENDS ROGAINING SERIES SEASON RANKINGS PROCEDURE
The rogaining season ranking is established to determine the most skilled and active participants throughout the season, evaluating consistency and performance across multiple events.
1. Ranking Calculation Rules
1.1. The season ranking is calculated by summing the points earned in a specific course across all stages for each team (by name) or individual participant (runner or MTB rider by first and last name), excluding one stage with the lowest result (a missed/skipped stage is also considered a lowest result).
1.2. If multiple teams or individual participants have an equal total point score at the end of the season, a higher rank is awarded to:
- the participant/team with the lower total time spent on the course across all stages;
- if the total time is also equal, the rank is determined by a higher result in the final stage of the season.
1.3. For the purpose of ranking calculations, Family group teams are classified and included in the respective course Men's (V), Women's (S), or Mixed (X) categories.
1.4. Season ranking awards are presented to the top three point scorers (Men’s, Women’s, and Mixed teams) in the 2h, 4h, and 6h courses, as well as the top three men and women in the Rogaining Run and MTB courses. Awards are only granted to participants who have not missed more than one stage during the season.
